**The Role**

***Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead within the Talent Acquisition team this role will see you being successful, supported, encouraged and above all, having fun. You will contribute to the overall talent success with SBS. Some duties will include and not be limited to:

- Engaging with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define, design and implement talent sourcing solutions for critical or high impact senior roles
- Supporting the ongoing development of the SBS Employer Value Proposition and brand
- SBS has a decentralised recruitment model, at times you will be performing ened-to-end recruitment, however, there are a lot of talent projects you will get to work on
- Developing engaged talent communities
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive marketplace for talent acquisition
- Executing on specialised employment programs and strategies

**About you**
- You enjoy creating strong stakeholder relationships and working to deadlines
- You are proactive, positive, and able to engage with everyone
- Experience working within either an agency or internally and or you may have a mix of both
- Exposure with talent projects; cadetship, work experience, EVP
- Above all, you enjoy working in this space
