Responsibilities
Managing multiple residential and softscape landscape projects across Brisbane
Overseeing project budgets from $0k to $500k (most around $150k–$300k)
Handling site inspections, variations, and client communications
Working closely with experienced crews—programming not required
Maintaining quality, meeting timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience in landscape or construction project management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills (we use Mac)
Familiarity with variations, estimations, and on-site inspections
Positive, solutions-focused mindset
Valid driver's license
