Role Responsibilities:
Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operationsMonitor daily stock recovery in your departmentAchieve sales growth and meet department KPI targetsBuild your team to deliver exceptional customer serviceLead by example in all areasHigh volume stock managementExecuting department Visual Merchandising and standardsLaunching and planning catalogue campaignsStock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
The Ideal Candidate:
Strong retail leadership experience preferredTime management skillsVisual merchandising experiencePhysically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the paceHaving an owner's mindsetfor your departmentA passionate attitude that inspires your TeamA resilient & innovative problem solverStrong verbal and written communication skillsIT competencyFirst Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
