We are seeking a seasoned Night Audit Duty Manager to oversee nightly resort operations in a 4-5 star hotel or resort.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Manage nightly resort activities between 9pm - 7am on weekends, with three days off each week. Conduct thorough property/security checks and maintain exceptional attention to detail.

- Verify revenue from all sources is accurately balanced, follow up on any discrepancies, post transactions as needed, and perform end-of-day procedures.

- Produce daily reports for departments and department heads, compile and run statistical reports for all departments, and transfer information to the Accounting department.

- Meet and greet guests as they arrive, complete check-in processes when required, and work closely with the Rooms Division Manager to develop, implement, and monitor performance standards for operations in the department.

- Ensure cleanliness standards are met across the resort.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a similar Night Audit role is essential.

- Availability to work ten-hour shifts, four days a week, on weekends. Ability to train, lead, and motivate a customer-focused team, understanding of rostering, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Fidelio/Opera System.

- Strong understanding of IT systems, ability to communicate with diverse groups of people, current driver's license, and first aid certificate (desirable).
