**Fishing Retail Sales Assistant / Associate**
We are looking for _part-time / casual team members_ to make up a dynamic team to operate our Fishing retail store in _**Dandenong, 2-5 days a week from Monday to Sunday. Potentially become a full time employee if you present well performance.**_
**Job duties**:
- Greeting and directing customers
- Answering customers' questions about specific products and services
- Providing outstanding customer service and accurate information such as product features, pricing, return/refund, complaint and after-sales/repair Rod services
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Organizing in display of merchandise, Stocking and Refilling products on the shelves.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments to use cash registers (POS systems) with receipts
- Shop tiding, bait fridge cleaning, Sweeping or vacuuming the floor
**Requirements**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week
**Salary**: $22.00 - $25.50 per hour

**Experience**:
- point of sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- How much of knowledge of fishing?: 1 year (preferred)
