About The Role
  • As a Fishing Sales Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for all things fishing.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right rods, reels, lures, accessories & more
  • Provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques, and tackle options
  • Merchandise and maintain the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealing
  • Stay up to date with the latest fishing trends, gear, and technology
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a great shopping experience
Who Are We Looking For
  • Passion for fishing – whether it's freshwater, saltwater, or sport fishing, we encourage it all
  • Strong communication skills in a friendly, approachable, and engaging manner
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers and team
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive store environment
  • Previous Experience: within stock, customer service, and sales within a fast-paced environment
  • Business Acumen: understanding the local consumer market, products, and growth
