We are excited to open a new store in Warragul and invite an expert in fishing sales to be part of our team. As a leading outdoor retailer, we offer a wide range of products and inspire our customers to explore the world.
Job Responsibilities- You will be the go-to expert for all things fishing and assist customers in selecting the right rods, reels, lures, accessories, and more.
- Provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques, and tackle options to ensure a great shopping experience.
- Maintain the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Stay up to date with the latest fishing trends, gear, and technology.
- Possess a strong passion for fishing and excellent communication skills in a friendly, approachable, and engaging manner.
- Be willing to learn and share knowledge with customers and team members.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive store environment.
- Have previous experience within stock, customer service, and sales within a fast-paced environment.
- Show business acumen, understanding the local consumer market, products, and growth.
