Parts & Site Support for Mobile Crushing Company
Crusher & Screen Hire & Crusher & Screen Sales have been operating since 2008 undertaking Sales, Hire and Contracting Australian Wide.
This position involves two parts: sourcing parts and services for our contracting company.
Including communication with site team leaders for parts and site support required, organise prompt supply / delivery of parts to minimise downtime.
Pre-plan site requirements, for pre-emptive maintenance.
Supporting our current customer base and new clients who have purchased plant or are hiring plant, Australia wide.
Including trouble shooting issues with clients over the phone / internet / emails.
Sourcing parts (internationally and locally) and organising contracted services to best serve our clients with minimal lead times.
The sales company has been expanding at a steady rate, we are bringing new products to market which means increasing our parts and service.
We are committed to upgrading our parts/accounting system to MYOB Acumatica.
The applicant will need to have competent computer skills and having experience with an inventory accountancy program would be an advantage.
The position will involve working with a small tight knit management team with regular meetings to problem solve and discuss options to improve processes and company performance with owners and management team.
Responsibilities
Source parts and services for contracting operations (internationally and locally).
Coordinate with site team leaders for parts and site support to minimise downtime.
Pre-plan site requirements for preventive maintenance.
Support current customers and new clients who have purchased or are hiring plant, Australia wide.
Troubleshoot issues with clients via phone, internet, and email.
Organise timely delivery of parts and contracted services to minimise lead times.
Assist with upgrading parts/accounting systems (MYOB Acumatica) as part of process improvement.
Collaborate with a small management team to improve processes and performance.
Qualifications
Competent computer skills; experience with an inventory accounting program is advantageous.
Ability to communicate with site team leaders and clients to coordinate parts and services.
Experience with sourcing parts internationally and locally is preferred.
Currently holds or is eligible for relevant licences (see application questions below).
