Mobile Crushing Parts Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
">- Sourcing parts and services for contracting operations (internationally and locally)
- Coordinating with site team leaders for parts and site support to minimize downtime
- Pre-planning site requirements for preventive maintenance
- Supporting current customers and new clients who have purchased or are hiring plant, Australia-wide
- Troubleshooting issues with clients via phone, internet, and email
- Organizing timely delivery of parts and contracted services to minimize lead times
- Assisting with upgrading parts/accounting systems as part of process improvement
Requirements:
">- Competent computer skills; experience with an inventory accounting program is advantageous
- Ability to communicate with site team leaders and clients to coordinate parts and services
- Experience with sourcing parts internationally and locally is preferred
