Mobile Crushing Equipment Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Crushing Equipment Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile crushing equipment.
About the Role
- This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong technical understanding of mobile crushing equipment, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- You will work closely with our site teams to identify and resolve technical issues, optimize equipment performance, and improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and procuring spare parts and services to support our mobile crushing operations locally and internationally.
- Coordinating with site team leaders to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
- Planning and coordinating maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and reduce lead times.
- Providing technical support to clients who have purchased or are hiring plant across Australia.
- Troubleshooting issues with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of mobile crushing equipment and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
