**What will your day look like?**
As a **"Trade Relationship Manager"** you will be responsible for building collaborative trade relationships and manage their performance in line with cost, quality and lifecycle expectations.
**What will you do?**
- Ensure preferred repairer capacity through proactive/reactive procurement in line with claim volume
- Onboard and train new preferred repairers
- Management of performance against cost, quality and lifecycle expectations for existing and new suppliers
- Align preferred repairers to the preferred material provider network
- Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with preferred repairer to ensure Claim Central is client of choice
- Analysis and interpretation of supplier performance reports
- Strategic planning to ensure adequate repairer capacity in preparation for anticipate catastrophe events
- Dispute resolution with suppliers when appropriate
- Capacity management of suppliers to ensure timely repair lifecycle and claim closure
**Who are you?**
- Basic understanding of construction terminology
- Experience in building costs and scope preparation
- Previous experience working with blue collar in some capacity (desirable)
- Strong experience building collaborative relationships
- Demonstrable experience in managing suppliers against service level expectations
- Proven strategic approach to preferred supplier challenges at an individual or aggregate level
- Experience in procurement and onboarding of service providers
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong stakeholder management capability
- Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
- Intermediate computer skills; excel
- Proactive
- Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a team
- Results driven
