**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Provide accurate and timely technical advice and guidance regarding workflow administration within the myHR system.
- Identify myHR workflow errors, and where possible lead corrective action whilst maintaining agreed escalation processes to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Take a lead role in the analysis of incidents assigned to Production Support Team within Workforce Management Solutions and Operations and escalate as necessary, those that require further investigation.
- Monitor the resolution of assigned incidents and provide regular communication on the status of the incident within SolMan and to Workforce Management Solutions and Support.
- Liaise with the Business Systems Administrator myHR as required, to provide support, gather further information to allow appropriate issue resolution and communicate on status of any known issues or incident status.

To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:

- Demonstrated effective system analyst experience including maintaining a complex integrated systems solution, in particular the delivery of pay production processes.
- Proven experience in the formulation, documentation, testing and implementation of work instructions and workarounds that recognise system and business process integration points that are critical in payroll production.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant payroll legislation and award structures in Government.
- Proven effective written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing and maintaining system documentation.
- Experience in the support and maintenance of large scale HR/Payroll solutions. Knowledge and experience with SAP ECC6, ESS/MSS and workflows would be highly desirable (the product set for the Queensland Health payroll and rostering solution includes SAP, Workbrain and Finance/Controlling (Fi/Co)).
