We're looking for a Business Systems Support Analyst: someone with a grounding in IT/customer support who's ready to grow into a role where you'll troubleshoot, train, and help improve the way our people, processes, and systems work together.What's the Role?
This is more than just IT support.
You'll work across the business — supporting our ERP (Business Central), streamlining processes, tightening project governance, and helping teams adopt better ways of working.While there will always be some detailed hands-on work, you'll also get the chance to think bigger—joining the dots across systems, testing new ideas, and helping us pilot innovations in automation and AI.What you\'ll be doingAct as the super user for Business Central and other key systemsTroubleshoot and support colleagues with day-to-day queriesSpot opportunities to improve business processes and workflowsAssist with project governance — documentation, reporting, risk/issue trackingRoll out new features, tools, and process improvementsDeliver training, onboarding, and simple, clear documentationHelp teams get more from Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, etc.)Partner with internal teams to align systems with business needsWho you areProfessional, personable, and confident with communication — you can translate "tech" into plain English.Curious and improvement-minded — you\'re always asking "how can this be done better/faster?"Detail-driven and methodical, with a practical approach to problem-solvingCalm, approachable, and patient when supporting or training othersTech-friendly and process-minded — you enjoy learning new systems and helping others adopt themCurious and future-focused — you're excited by automation and AI, and keen to explore how they can make work smarterYou\'ll bringAround 1+ years' experience in IT support, customer support, or a helpdesk/service desk roleStrong skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and willingness to pick up new toolsExposure to ERP or business systems (MS Business Central experience is a big bonus)Experience working directly with end-users — you know how to listen, troubleshoot, and explain solutions clearlyA knack for creating simple, clear documentation or training guidesSolid attention to detail and accuracy with data and processesAn interest in emerging tech (automation, AI, low-code tools) and a willingness to experiment and learnMore than a job - Build your future with Valenhold
