**The Company**
Our client is a global brand and a household name They are a well-established organization and are coming into their busiest period. They are actively seeking Warranty and Customer Service Specialists to assist in administration, order processing and customer service-based roles.

**The Role**
As a Customer Service Officer your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Monitor and manage the progress of shipped orders
- Processing invoices and returns
- Accurate and timely order processing
- Processing information into the database
- Data entry
- Handling logistics and coordinating returns
- **Hours**: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- **Salary**: $60,000 + Superannuation
- **Location**: Chullora

**Contract**
Due to the growth of the company, this opportunity is a Temp to Perm opportunity.

**You**
To be successful in the role, you will have:

- **At least 2-3 years' experience in B2B customer service**:

- **Data entry and administration experience**:

- Advanced skills and proven experience in a variety of computer software programs
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics ideal
- Excellent customer service experience
- High volumes of orders and processing
- Proven teamwork experience and team support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Genuine, caring approach to good customer service
