An opening has arisen for a permanent, full time Customer Service Officer with a large company in the Financial Services industry based in Sydney's CBD

**Description**

Duties will Include, but not limited to;
- Direct customers to online resources.
- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
- Proving administration support to the wider office
- Dealing with all incoming calls politely and professionally
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail

**Profile**

***
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Previous experience within a similar customer service or call centre role
- Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication both written and oral
- Professional in both presentation and manner
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Energy, drive and resilience
- Strong use of initiative and a proactive nature
