What will you do?

In this position you are a member of our Australian Engagement and Change Advisory (ECA) Leadership team. Our ECA practice consists of:

- Communications & Stakeholder Engagement,
- Social Value
- Transformation and Change and,
- Unsigned Studio - our visual communication practitioners,

where you will play an integral role in leading our consulting services to public and private clients, across a range of industries across NSW / ACT, including a strong growth focus in Energy, Water and maintaining our exposure to Transport. NSW / ACT is our largest regional team in Australia.

Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life'.
- Lead the Engagement and Change Advisory team within our NSW/ACT region, continuing to grow our people, performance and market position
- Strengthen client relationships and the services we deliver to achieve outstanding outcomes for our clients and Aurecon in NSW/ ACT and nationally as a team
- Foster collaborative internal relationships across Aurecon, specifically in our NSW/ ACT region and with your ECA regional and capability leader peers;
- Enable quality delivery across a broad project portfolio for our clients in a commercially astute way.

What can you bring to the team?

To be successful in this position you will ideally have:

- A strong network of clients and proven success in how to grow, develop and maintain an advisory business within NSW / ACT whilst also thinking nationally for our ECA team to deliver our expected business outcomes
- Recognised industry eminence/ experience in one of ECA's capability areas, with a focus mainly in C&SE and / or Transformation & Change
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a high performing team
- Excellence in quality project delivery across a project lifecycle for our clients to make a real difference to their business outcomes
- Strong commercial understanding in the context of professional services, as well as experienced in leading a business unit / practice financially and operationally
- A Bachelors degree or higher in Communications, Community engagement, Change and Transformation, Social Value or business related fields.
