Supply Chain Planning Lead, Sunshine Coast Australia

Based at our Palmwoods factory site, the Supply Planning Lead will be responsible for leading and overseeing all activities related to Supply Planning.

The Role

This newly created position within our existing Supply Chain function for the Palmwoods site will lead a team of two direct reports and be responsible for overseeing all activities related to Supply Planning. With a continues improvement mindset, this position will include purchasing of raw materials, setting both long
- and short-term production schedules, ensure manufacturing maintain production to meet demand, manage adequate inventory of raw materials, packaging and finished goods. Additionally it will be responsible for managing material planning requirements based on budgets / forecasts in order to ensure OTIF for all customers while meeting cost targets.

About You
Experienced Supply Chain and Planning professional
Qualification in Supply Chain or relevant discipline
Advanced ERP (QAD) experience is required, with an in-depth understanding of systems and processes, particularly IBP/S&OP.
Advanced Excel skills with excellent data analytics
Proven leadership capability to drive HPO
Ability to drive change and influence across and up the Organisation and key stakeholders external to McCormick
