**The Opportunity**
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a business with a huge focus on creating an excellent culture and developing its staff.
- Providing L2/3 Salesforce Application support to all business users
- Monitor and pickup requests autonomously.
- Maintain and updated documentation and procedures
- Support IT Project team and work on small projects autonomously

**About You**
- Hold a Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience as an Salesforce Application Support Analyst with strong experience with Sales Cloud
- A keen interest in Salesforce development
- Understanding and appreciation for a disciplined IT approach to incident, problem, and change management.
- Proven problem-solving skills and analytical skills to interpret complex business rules and legislation..
- Excellent people and communication skills - an ability to deal with people at all levels, including business and IT staff, vendors and external parties.
- Self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision
