Overview:
The Complaints Resolution Officer is responsible for providing an impartial, effective complaints resolution service to consumer, carers and service providers. This is achieved by conciliation and investigation. They will be required to build the capacity of consumers, carers and service providers to resolve complaints directly and improve the HCSCC complaints management model, including conciliation and investigation. They will also be required to assist the Assessment Service as necessary.

**Criminal History Screening Requirement**
- A National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.

**Special Conditions**
- Some work outside of normal office hours will be required including actively participating in HCSCC promotional activities.
