**The Company**:
IHC Mining is a multi-discipline technology business, with its Australian operations based out of Yatala (Head Office) and Perth.

The Company is part of the Royal IHC group and is a leading service provider to the mineral sands mining and processing sector. IHC Mining provides clients with geological services, metallurgical test work, practical engineering, specialised equipment and integrated plant solutions and project delivery services.

**About You**:
This is an opportunity for a driven individual that wants to develop a career and build technical expertise within a growing dynamic industry.
- Have completed year 12
- Are proficient with MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Have a practical can-do attitude
- Have a positive attitude to workplace health and safety
- Have the ability to work both alone in a time efficient manner or as part of a wider laboratory team as required
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to produce high quality written documentation
- Full Australian working rights
- Experience in a lab environment ideal but not required
- Fork lift licence ideal but not required

Location

**The Role**:
Working within a small multi-disciplinary team and reporting to the Metallurgical Process Manager this position will be responsible for managing and completing test work to the required metallurgical standards. You will conduct metallurgical test work and become proficient with numerous analysis techniques and equipment. The role will contain hands-on work and analytical thinking.

- Sample sorting and logging
- Metallurgical test work
- Data recording and reporting
