Join Australia's highest-grade copper mine in a key technical leadership role. Based at our CSA Mine in Cobar, NSW, you'll be instrumental in driving metallurgical performance, innovation, and continuous improvement across our processing plant operations.

• Monitor and optimise metallurgical performance across crushing, grinding, flotation, and dewatering circuits
• Lead and deliver metallurgical projects, plant trials, and improvement initiatives
• Provide expert guidance to production teams on process troubleshooting and efficiency
• Conduct metallurgical accounting, data analysis, and performance reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
• Mentor and support junior metallurgists and metallurgical technicians
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

• Tertiary qualifications in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in base metals concentrators, preferably copper
• Strong expertise in flotation and underground ore processing
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a practical, hands-on approach
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance
