Site Administrator

This role is for a qualified and enthusiastic Site Administrator to work in our service team. This role will support multiple wind farm sites across the Goulburn region - we are open to applicants currently residing within proximity to the Goulburn region or Canberra.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raise, maintain and reconcile Site based Purchase Orders along with Purchase Order register.
- Reconcile expenses, including corporate credit cards and maintain corporate card expense register.
- Organize annual training for Vestas Site based employees..
- Support Site Manager, QSE Professional and QSE Administrator to ensure all compliance of WHSMP, ERP are well documented and prepared in an accurate and timely manner.
- Arrange all Emergency equipment required for Site. First aid kits, emergency response team PPE, radios etc.
- Raise, maintain and reconcile vendor requirements for sites, site based purchase Orders for non-conformance reports.
- Tasks completed to required level for KPI compliance.
- Purchasing of Vestas Site office kitchen supplies
- Arrange all PPE orders for Site based employees and visitors.
- Assist site and stakeholders with reporting requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Some administration, bookkeeping, budgeting, and/or customer service experience
- An interest in learning new processes and streamlining
- Any business administration qualifications

**Competencies**:

- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and document support to large site-based teams
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Management and reporting of budgetary requirements
- Experience in high-pressure situations and the ability to take decisions.
- Understanding of transport/logistics in the local market.
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports
- Effective and efficient Microsoft office suite operations
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with on site and off site teams
- Ability to learn and develop with forward thinking
