You will play a vital role in preparing nutritious, high-quality meals that cater to the dietary needs of our residents.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook meals in accordance with aged care dietary requirements, menu plans, and resident preferences.Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen environment in line with food safety standards.Ensure special diets (texture-modified, diabetic, allergen-free) are accurately prepared and served.Collaborate with dietitians and facility staff to ensure meal quality and compliance with care plans.Supervise and mentor kitchen assistants or food service staff when required.Participate in stock ordering, rotation, and waste management.What you\'ll bringYou're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
