**Gas & Metal Fab Specialist**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will lead business development activity to win new business and grow existing accounts
- Ensure new business is won at the best possible commercial terms for BOC/Linde
- Work with your Business Manager to agree on highest potential accounts to target for you and the team
- You will provide technical support to run welding and cutting equipment demonstrations at Customer sites
- Develop your personal welding and cutting expertise further
- Represent BOC/Linde at local and national Welding Institutions.Build strong collaborative relationships within your team and other BOC departments.

- You come with strong technical sales and business development experience with the ability to deliver on sales targets (Specialised Manufacturing and Construction sales would be an advantage)
- You possess the ability to strategically grow existing business through a technical solutions approach.Train customers on specific products and demonstrate features
- Furthermore you hold thorough understanding of price and contract management
- Excellent time management skills, confident approach, resilient attitude with outstanding communication skills
