**About the opportunity**

We're looking for a **Freight Handler** to join our diverse and hard-working team at StarTrack Perth Airport. With e-commerce booming, our freight handlers are the folks making sure consignments are correctly loaded so we can get deliveries out to our customers, fast.

This is a full time permanent opportunity working from 6.30am - 2.36pm (with some overtime on occasion) Monday to Friday.

**You'll be**
- Using your strong work ethic to help us keep delivering great service.
- Handloading parcels and cartons from conveyor belts into trucks, ready for our drivers to head out on the road.
- Unloading trucks when drivers get back to the warehouse.
- Wrapping freight by hand or using a shrink wrapper (you know - like the ones at the airport), electronically scanning parcels and updating documentation.

**About you**
- You're fit and can lift at least 30kg repeatedly - we assess this at a pre-employment medical check to help make sure you're safe on the job.
- You're laser focused, even when the role gets repetitive.
- You're a team player, passionate about helping our team keep the community connected.
- You have had exposure to picking up software and basic admin tasks.
- If you've got a forklift licence that's a plus, since this comes handy moving freight around the warehouse.
