Located on the banks of Moreton Bay, known for it's prominent location, the Redland Bay Hotel sits among the hustle and bustle of the Esplanade. A 50 minute drive from centre of Brisbane's central business district and an hour from the Gold Coast, we're in the perfect middle position. Grab a drink and look out across the bay, the perfect place to soak in the rays and atmosphere.

Redland Bay Hotel Gaming room features 40 of the latest gaming machines, Keno terminal, and link jackpots including the latest Lightning and Dragon Link Machines. We have Ticket in Ticket Out system operation on our machines allowing you to move quickly and easily between machines.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Gaming Supervisor at the Redland Bay Hotel

**What you'll do**:

- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
- Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Implement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code

**What you'll need**:

- Gaming experience within a Venue
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
