Gaming Manager | Northern Grounds
We're on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.
Northern Grounds is more than just a bar, it's a true celebration of the Australian outdoors, a place where the fire's always burning and the door's always open. We're about honesty, simplicity, and the feeling of a cold beer shared with mates, with a vibe that's humble, warm, and welcoming to everyone.
A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:
Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift
About you:
You've been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
You've learned from great managers and are ready to step up
You've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
You hold current industry qualifications (RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager), or are willing to obtain them.
If you're all about great service, happy players, and running a top-notch gaming room – we'd love to chat.
