About the Role
We are seeking a Gaming Manager to help manage our gaming room and maintain its welcoming atmosphere.
Northern Grounds is a celebration of the Australian outdoors, a place where everyone feels at home. Our team is passionate about honesty, simplicity, and great service.
Key Responsibilities:- To know regular customers by name and provide excellent customer service.
- Work closely with Publicans to ensure smooth operation and safety in the room.
- Share knowledge and experience to help the team succeed.
- Bring positive attitude, great service, and friendly smiles every shift.
About You:
- You have experience as an attendant, supervisor, or manager in the gaming industry.
- You have learned from great managers and are ready to take on new challenges.
- You possess confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room.
- You understand compliance and safe gaming practices.
- You hold current industry qualifications (RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager) or are willing to obtain them.
