with the ability to manage commercial solar and BESS installation sites. As a SAA Accredited Installer & Site Supervisor with Energy Bay Developments you will:
Supervise and manage commercial solar and BESS installation sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Install, test, and commission solar PV systems, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to apprentices and site teams.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the projects and operations teams.
Ensure compliance with WHS, electrical, and industry regulations.
Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
You will be successful in the role you will obtain:
SAA Accreditation – Design & Install Grid-Connected Systems (PV & BESS).
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Current A-Class Electrical Licence.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, mentor apprentices and manage subcontractors and drive accountability.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Thrives in high-pressure environments, with a proven ability to respond swiftly and effectively to urgent project demands.
Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Commitment to safety, quality assurance, and customer service.
Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders.
Have an affinity with Energy Bay's Mission and Values.
