What You'll Do:Install residential and commercial solar PV systems in line with Australian StandardsInterpret solar designs and technical drawingsEnsure safe work practices and compliance at all timesWork with a friendly, experienced team committed to quality and safetyRepresent our brand with professionalism and prideKey responsibilities include:Perform high-quality rooftop solar panel and inverter installationsConduct site assessments and pre-installation checksTroubleshoot and resolve on-site issues independently or with team supportMaintain accurate documentation for system installs and complianceLiaise with customers, providing excellent service and clear communicationFollow company WHS policies and ensure all equipment and PPE is used correctlyMentor apprentices or junior team members as needed.
What we're looking for Required Skills and Qualifications: SAA Accreditation (Solar Accreditation Australia) – RequiredVIC A Grade Electrical Licence – Required for installation rolesWorking at Heights certification (preferred)CEC Accreditation (if transitioning from CEC system) – a plusClean Energy mindset and attention to detailA great attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn Apply now
