As a SAA Accredited Installer & Site Supervisor with Energy Bay Developments you will:

• Supervise and manage commercial solar and BESS installation sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Install, test, and commission solar PV systems, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to apprentices and site teams.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the projects and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, electrical, and industry regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

You will be successful in the role you will obtain:

• SAA Accreditation – Design & Install Grid-Connected Systems (PV & BESS).
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Current A-Class Electrical Licence.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, mentor apprentices and manage subcontractors and drive accountability.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Thrives in high-pressure environments, with a proven ability to respond swiftly and effectively to urgent project demands.
• Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Commitment to safety, quality assurance, and customer service.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders.
• Have an affinity with Energy Bay's Mission and Values.
