The payroll and administration officer position is within the Business Services Branch. This position supports the finance and administration function through payroll processing and reporting compliance, preparing accounts payable for payment, fleet vehicle maintenance, building maintenance coordination, office stores purchasing and general administration tasks.

**Selection Criteria**
**Essential**:
- Relevant certificate level qualifications and/or relevant working experience
- Experience in payroll and accounts payable
- An understanding of working with confidential documents and established work processes
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in the use of Microsoft and database programs and accountancy software packages
**Desirable**:
- Experience in Reckon accounting system
**Additional Requirements**:
- Evidence of Covid vaccination
- Evidence of qualifications listed in resume
- NSW drivers licence
