At Churches of Christ, we've been supporting communities for over 140 years, positively impacting thousands of lives. Now, we're looking for a** Practice Advisor** to drive service excellence** in Children, Youth & Family Services.**

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Advise, support, and build capacity in service teams.
- Lead training initiatives and foster continuous improvement.
- Assist with policy development and implementation.
- Review critical incidents, identify trends, and drive systemic improvements.
- Provide expert consultation on complex cases.
- Work closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to ensure culturally inclusive services.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Social Sciences.
- At least 3 years' experience in child and family services, preferably in statutory care.
- Knowledge of child protection frameworks, trauma theory, and family violence legislation.
- Strong training, coaching, and advisory skills.
- A passion for continuous improvement and service excellence.
- A current driver's licence.
- A current National Police Certificate, Working with Children (Blue Card), Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS) - or the ability to obtain.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Cert IV in Training & Assessment.
- Experience in policy development and service improvement.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or e-learning tools.
