Metricon is seeking a high performing and successful sales person to work in the **Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter region**

This is a highly rewarding and challenging role operating from one of Metricon's beautifully presented display centres

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting prospects/customers as they walk through our Display Home;
- Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders;
- Providing customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations;
- Working closely with our customers to design their dream home;
- Converting leads into sales;
- Opening and closing our Display Homes, maintaining their cleanliness and promotional material; and
- Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers, and local community providers.

Metricon will offer you:

- The opportunity to earn more than $200,000 PA;
- Extensive marketing and advertising;
- A comprehensive training program with ongoing sales support; and
- Open and honest communication and career advancement opportunities.
- Previous experience in New Homes Sales a benefit, but not a must;
- A minimum of 2 years sales (in other industries) and/or customer service experience;
- A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities;
- Exceptional networking & customer service skills;
- Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities; and

**This role requires a national police check and medical check to be undertaken.**
