National Construction Manager required
- Small works, remedial, refurb and capital works project
- Commercial & Aged Care projects

New opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading remedial, small works, and refurbishment business based in Sydney.

This role is an integral part of the company's leadership team and will be responsible for providing leadership, governance, and management across all areas of this business.

In the role, you will be required to
- Maintain a positive culture
- Ensure a safe working environment in line with WHS&E legislation
- Deliver financial targets
- Deliver regular post-job reviews
- Ensure compliance with all building acts and legislations
- Manage a team of project managers, and project supervisors throughout Sydney
- Report directly to the CEO
- Drive growth

To be considered for this role you will
- Hold a NSW Builders Licence and Building Practitioner Registration
- Ten years + experience in the construction industry
- Excellent understanding of all relevant codes and legislation
- Previous experience within aged care, strata, and/or government works
- Experienced in class 2 buildings and facade would be advantageous
- Strong people management skills
- Proven experience in customer relationship skills
