Owing to continued growth an opportunity has been created for a strategic and influential Senior Retail Project Manager (NSW) to join a lean, high-performing team in Sydney to oversee organic growth.

**The Business**

The business has been established for almost ten years and has an extensive leasehold portfolio. The company has placed increased emphasis on improved customer experience outcomes. The purpose of this role is to optimize the brand position with exceptional, high-quality projects in fantastic locations.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Development in Sydney; this opportunity would suit someone who has had at least five years of retail project delivery experience. As the role will see you working in collaboration with the development and leasing team, it would be highly advantageous if you hold tertiary education in construction project management, or have a technical trade background. You will enjoy taking ownership of the Project Management process and have ideally had previous experience within retail food. Assisted by a project administrator and internal designer, the position will be both rewarding but also busy as you'll be working on multiple projects, so having good time-management experience is essential, as well as a disciplined approach to OH&S, strategy, and reporting.

**Key Requirements**
- Owing to the responsibilities of this role, you have tertiary qualifications in construction, project management or a trade background.
- It is expected that you will have 5+ years of experience in project management.
- You will understand Development Application processes pertaining to freehold projects
- Must have base-build experience and commercial kitchen standards knowledge.
- You will work with passion and enthusiasm towards clearly defined goals and collaborate with the wider business units for broader business outcomes.
- With culture and values a key driver, you will be an effective communicator both professional with high levels of emotional intelligence.
- You will review ongoing business activities to think multiple steps ahead and present opportunities that enhance commercial opportunities.
- Having strong attention to detail and a focus on task management will help ensure success.
