Role
We are looking for a motivated and versatile
Operations Logistics Coordinator
to join our team. This position offers a mix of customer service, warehouse support, and driving duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working across different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Administration
Provide support at the internal sales counter, delivering prompt and professional service.
Assist the Office Manager with a range of administrative tasks including order entry, scheduling, and general office duties.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Warehouse Support
Pick and prepare stock orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist with loading and organising deliveries in line with company standards.
Support general warehouse operations to maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment.
Driving & Delivery
Serve as a backup driver for short local trips and regional runs when required.
Ensure goods are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with transport regulations.
Maintain accurate delivery records and support logistics planning.
Skills & Requirements
Current driver's licence, with the ability and commitment to obtain an HR Truck Licence.
Willingness to obtain a Forklift Licence (training provided if not already certified).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A flexible, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt to different tasks as required.
