- **About the Role**:_

As an Early Childhood Educator, you'll play a key role in shaping the future by inspiring, educating, and nurturing children aged 0-6 years. You'll collaborate with a team of dedicated educators, bring learning to life through creative and engaging programs, and build strong relationships with families.
- **What You'll Be Doing**:_

Designing and implementing exciting, hands-on learning experiences for children
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child thrives
- Supporting the Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in delivering an engaging kindergarten program
- Collaborating with families and fellow educators to ensure the best outcomes for children
- Fostering a love for learning through play, creativity, and curiosity
- **What We're Looking For**:_

? Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
? Current First Aid certification, including Anaphylaxis & Asthma training
? Working with Children Check (WWCC) (VIC)
? Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
? Strong skills in documentation, planning, and program development
? Experience with KindyHub (bonus but not essential)
? A passion for early childhood education, teamwork, and making a difference

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $24.46 - $41.47 per hour
