**What this opportunity involves**:
This senior leadership position is responsible for comprehensive transaction management across a diverse retail portfolio. You'll lead a team of 6 professionals, negotiating leases and overseeing document execution for retail and specialty sites in Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the leasing team, providing coaching and training
- Oversee complex lease negotiations including new leases, renewals, and market rent reviews
- Develop portfolio strategies to ensure financial and tenure risk mitigation
- Build and maintain relationships with key landlords and developers
- Drive data analytics and insights while ensuring governance and integrity

**Key Skills and Requirement**:

- Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Property, Legal or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of retail leasing experience with proven leadership and strategic management skills
- Strong financial acumen and negotiation expertise
- Sound Microsoft Excel proficiency with data analytics experience
