We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated
**Team Leader** to join our busy and successful White Collar recruitment team in Melbourne CBD.

Your new role; As a Team Leader at Chandler Macleod you will be client facing to discuss opportunities and provide recruitment solutions to meet their needs. A large part of this role is account management, relationship building and the day-to-day maintenance of new and existing clients. You will also be able to showcase you already developed Leadership and mentoring skills whilst receiving support from the Business Manager.

This role reports to Business Manager, and provides leadership to the Account Managers, Consultants, and Admin Support.

Your primary objective is to lead the team, enabling great efficiency, compliance, and profitability of the overall team

What you will do:

- Ensure individual and team performance meets individual and team KPI requirements to meet and exceed budget requirements for the unit.
- Ownership of meeting budget / managing debtors and exceeding financial targets.
- Prepare quarterly sales targets and manage monthly cost to serve to ensure a profitable and cost-effective team.
- Provide safety leadership with respect to key client relationships.
- Comply with all relevant CMG and external WHS requirements, including prompt reporting of any risks.
- Provide leadership and clear direction to team
- Promote strong team performance at local and intra-company level.
- Support training, development, and team capability.
- Promote a happy, safe and healthy work environment in line with CMG values.
- Complete all steps in the Performance Success planning and review cycle for self and direct reports.
- Maintain KPI's for your team to track process efficiency and deliver cost savings to the business.
- Use sales techniques to build customer relationships, identify needs, qualify opportunities and position offerings against need to win profitable business.
- Undertake regular reviews and/or surveys to identify potential issues and develop new opportunities.
- Represent Chandler Macleod at related industry functions ensuring a high public relations profile is maintained at industry and professional levels.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
- Managing the selection process from job brief, assessment, reference checking through to offer, whilst ensuring open lines of communications are kept throughout the process and adherence to legal and compliance requirements.
