With world-class courts, engaging social events, and a growing base of players, we're redefining what it means to be part of a racquet sports club.The RoleAs a Club Staff Member, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for every visitor.
From creating a warm welcome to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, you\'ll help maintain the energy, safety, and spirit that make our club special.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome members and guests with warmth and professionalismAssist players with bookings, equipment needs, and general enquiriesFoster a welcoming, inclusive environment for players of all skill levelsClub Operations SupportManage court bookings and daily schedulesEnsure the club remains clean, organised, and ready for use at all timesOversee court activity, coordinate player flow, and resolve issues efficientlyEvents & Activations AssistantSupport the setup and smooth delivery of tournaments, corporate bookings, and social eventsAssist coaches and the club manager with day-to-day logisticsContribute energy and creativity to help make each event a successRetail & Hospitality AssistantGuide customers in selecting equipment and apparel from the pro shopMaintain product displays, manage stock levels, and keep the retail space tidyWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a reliable, proactive team member who thrives in a collaborative environment and remains composed under pressure.
