From building our first data team to establishing governance frameworks and a robust data infrastructure, you'll be hands-on in execution while steering the long-term vision.
You'll work closely with leadership, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure data is trusted, accessible, and commercially impactful.What You'll Be Doing: Define and execute a scalable data strategy aligned to company goals.Oversee data governance, quality, and security to ensure our insights are reliable and trusted.Build and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary data team.Develop the architecture and infrastructure to support a "One Source of Truth" across the business.Partner with leaders across the business to drive data-led decision making and innovation.Embed a culture of data literacy and capability at every level.What you'll bring Proven success leading data functions in high-growth, commercially driven environments (ideally e-commerce, tech, or multi-channel).
