We are currently seeking a passionate and hardworking Supervisor to oversee the daily cleaning operations at **Essence Hotels in Taring and Chermside (Brisbane, QLD)**

**Role**:Full Time ongoing

**Shift Times**:Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

**Pay Rate**:$60.000 + Super

**Location**:Essence Hotels, Brisbane, QLD

**As the Supervisor** you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Attend daily briefings with our client and other contractors working onsite.
- Completing equipment checks and reporting any issues to the Manager.
- Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.

**Essencial experience in**:

- Managing people
- Site inspections
- Staff training
- Indidents reports
- Performance reviews

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with a strong customer service skills and an ability to follow directions and work autonomously. Previous Supervisor experience is preferred.
