**The Company**
- One of New South Wales' leading and most established home builders
- Construction Supervisor to manage projects in the North West Sydney (Rouse Hill).
- The company has been in business for over 10 years and has won numerous awards for the quality of their projects.

**About The Role**
- The Construction Supervisor / Site Supervisor will be required to manage home build projects on one subdivision site.
- Construction of quality homes for clients while maintaining site and construction integrity.
- Projects will include mixture of double storey homes, duplexes and townhouses.
- Sites must always maintain a high WHS level.
- Salary between $110,000 and $130,000 depending on experience, plus super and vehicle.

**Duties**
- Manage day to day construction activities
- Ensure a high level of quality control
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers regularly
- Conduct regular and set WHS Site inspections
- Provide regular communication to clients on job progress and advising them on scheduled works
- Proactively schedule and forecast work activities
- Maintain job site integrity regularly including site cleanliness and ensuring all trades and subcontractors have relevant site induction/WHS Paperwork
- Complete inspections on all jobs

**Skills & Experience**
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current White Card
- Relevant building qualifications
- Experience in residential home construction
- Able to understand and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong customer focus to ensure the best customer experience
