Yo-Chi is going through it's largest expansion yet - with 18 new venues opened in 2024 and even more on the horizon in 2025. We're growing fast and looking for Assistant Venue Managers to help lead the way in Surry Hills, Barangaroo, Circular Quay and our brand new flagship venue in George Street

**What's the role?**
You'll be at the heart of the action
- leading your team, keeping the vibes high, and making sure every customer walks out with a big smile.

**We're looking for leaders who**:

- Have experience in hospitality or retail
- Have a track record in hitting KPIs -managing labour and COGs is a bonus
- Are people-focused and thrive on building great team culture
- Love a fast-paced environment with a good challenge
- Are organised, driven and hungry to grow
