**Target Services Officer**

Sarina Russo Apprenticeship is seeking result driven, motivated and energetic people to join our Australian Apprenticeship Support Network team. We work closely with employers, Apprentices and the community to create opportunities, increase uptake and provide support throughout the Apprenticeship lifecycle.

We are currently looking for Administrators to join our Targeted Services team based in Brisbane CBD, this is a full time role Monday to Friday.

In this role you will be assist employers connect with suitable apprentices by managing apprenticeship vacancies on our Gateway portal. You will also work towards empowering women in trade pathways via Women in Non-Traditional Trades program.
- You will monitor and action assessments and create Mentoring schedules
- Send invitations to targeted apprentices for In-training support
- Monitor and action customers for Gateway Services
- Provide screening of applicants to Jobs Board vacancies as required
- Administer appropriate tests and risk profiles with Apprentices and provide feedback to appropriate parties while adhering at all times to the privacy laws.
- Exercise designated duties in accordance with legal and contractual requirements.

**To be successful in these roles, you will ideally have**:

- Experience of the Australian Apprenticeships Support Network program - desirable but not essential
- Confident communicator - ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audiences
- Strong problem solving ability - helping others find solutions
- Ability and able to demonstrate experience of mentoring and supporting others
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people

You will be required to complete a Police Check and Working with Children Check should you be successful in being appointed to a role.
