Job Overview:
We seek a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of major digital initiatives through effective governance and release management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strategic integrated release calendar across enterprise systems and large-scale programs.
Lead forums for release planning, readiness assessments, and go/no-go decisions.
Enhance release and deployment frameworks, processes, and documentation in line with industry best practices.
Provide strategic governance and oversight across complex ICT programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and operational readiness.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on release risks, dependencies, and impacts.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven track record leading ICT release management at an enterprise level.
Experience enhancing frameworks, documentation, and automated release practices.
Strong understanding of governance, assurance, and interdependent program delivery.
Excellent ability to engage with senior executives and multi-disciplinary teams.
Release Manager
is responsible for delivering high-quality releases that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and have a strong technical background in ICT release management.
