While experience will be highly regarded, specific industry skills are not mandatory for this role, we are all about the potential & willingness to learn and will invest in training the right person in the skills required to do the role.

We are currently seeking a casual Factory Hand with a stable work history, strong written, strong verbal communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team and also on their own.

As a member of our Production Team, you will be working in our factory and joining our experienced production and warehouse crew. This role is varied and you will be required to support all areas of production when required.

Your main duties will include but not be limited to
- Packaging of bulk product into finished goods
- Operating Semi Automatic filling Machines
- General product labelling and assembly of packaging
- Following instructions and procedures as they are supplied
- Work independently and ensure quality of goods produced.
- Assisting in control of inventory
- Manual handling
- General housekeeping and maintenance of production areas with a strong focus on OH&S
- Assistance in Dispatch as required

In addition you will:

- Have an eye for detail
- Be a quick learner
- Be reliable
- Have a strong focus on workplace health and safety

Desirable skills:

- Forklift license.
- Experience in operating factory equipment, pumps and weighing systems, testing equipment.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
