Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and motivated Factory Process Workers to join our team. As a Factory Process Worker, you will be responsible for operating machines in the baking area, picking and packing, conducting quality assurance of all products, and performing general factory cleaning and sanitation processes.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest quality standards are met while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to work as part of a team, with or without supervision, and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
