Factory Foreman

Coastwide Kitchens is an expanding kitchen manufacturing company on the Gold Coast. We are seeking a motivated Factory Foreman with a solid background in the cabinet-making sector. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine your technical expertise with team management. It is a full-time position, 38 hours per week, with an immediate start for the successful applicant.

**About the Role**

As Factory Foreman, you'll play a key role in the success of the workshop by:

- Managing and leading a team of skilled tradesmen.
- Remaining hands-on with tools and assisting with production while also overseeing production.
- Organizing the logistics of goods in and out of the factory.
- Ensuring high-quality output while maintaining efficient standards and workflows, and on-time project delivery

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain a safe, productive workspace where quality is the top priority.
- Manage daily operations, from production scheduling to quality control.
- Lead, inspire, and support a talented team of Cabinet Makers to excel.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and craftsmanship in the factory.
- Implement and maintain safety and compliance standards in the factory.
- Assist, supervise and support staff in timely and accurate completion of work assignments

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
